Nothing is right for this court to hear. They are compounding hearing upon hearing to run up the cost, and this doesn't become a case before the court before objections are filed.

If they didn't know anything about the property then they shouldn't have condemned it.

This is a suit for damages. They have chosen to damage the property and they have chosen to damage the landowners, and they have been very gleeful in telling everyone that they intend to damage the development.
