Nothing we can do will surprise them. There's nothing they can do that will surprise us. Lancaster has seen all kinds of teams. We're not any kind of team they haven't seen. They played a bunch of difficult teams and played a tough schedule. They've seen it all from bad to good.

They're a very big team. It's a good, solid team and we've got our work cut out for us. We're looking forward to going up there and playing.

This will allow us to recoup a more reasonable charge for damages. They haven't set numbers, but it would be something more appropriate for the value of the land. Damages will include not only the land, but also the fact that Tyler Water Utilities will have to monitor the wells as long as they are in production.

That will be as alternate as it gets from us.

I'd like to be more aggressive with the timetable, but I like to think three years. That will give us two years of our recruits. Half of the team will be our guys. By then, we should have some fairly substantive visibility of where we are and where we're going to go.

Absolutely we will with players of that level and potentially of that impact for us. But I'd like to think and I'm pretty confident that those decisions will get made in a timely manner.
