The report is a factual report recommending how to upgrade as quickly as possible equipment and training and self-evacuation. My husband, Curt, John and the four others would have loved to evacuate but the department didn't provide the tools for them to do it.

It's a public safety issue. If you close down the track, what's gonna happen out there? Everybody has the fear of illegal street racing.
