Now is absolutely the worst time for an optical IPO to come to market.

This could be one of the rare instances that investors can buy an IPO at a reasonable price in the aftermarket.

I don't think the fiber-optic sector is dead. I wouldn't take it that far. The IPO market is just comatose.

This is supposed to be breakthrough technology.
