Coming from New York, I am especially concerned,

New York is the one place in America where discount retailing is really underdeveloped. The major chains have only really gotten there in the last four to five years.

People in New York think Connecticut is five hours away,

Such 'bullet trains' operate regularly in countries throughout Europe and Asia, ... It's time for New York to get on board.
