Now we are talking about a very dangerous Category 4 storm. It could become the nastiest thing in the Gulf of Mexico since Camille. This is a bad storm.

The farther you go down south, the more likely it is you get into the big rain.

By the time it gets to the Gulf of Mexico, all the warm waters are going to push it to at least Category 2 strength by the time it hits in the Panhandle area late Sunday or Monday.

When you start talking about why something happened or why it was done a certain way on a project, they have the answer because they were there when the plan was made, ... That is a lot of history involved in these departments and we can never replace all of it.
