Now we're getting a whole generation of kids who have never had a football team in L.A., so they don't miss it and don't ask for it. It becomes self-perpetuating. They don't know what they're missing.

I will always do what's best for the football team.

Bravery is going into something that you know may not be good, but Courage my friends is going into something that you have no clue what is to happen next and never look back, only looking forward to what is happening next

This was the greatest football team that was ever put together.

There are two things a team can do that will be considered successful. One, is that you win the championship. There is only one true winner. Two, you can leave the place where you played better than you found it. Outside of winning the championship, that is the most important thing you can do.

I was in seventh grade math class, and we had this thing called Number Sense. So, I wasn't on the track team. Wasn't on the football team. Wasn't on the basketball team. I was in the Number Sense Club.
