Obviously, I would like us to play better offensively. Our defense was good all five games. We'd like to score more points and be more fluid, but I think that's something that can come as the season goes on.

That worked out perfect for us. We play hard, we play good defense, but we got to play games in the 50s and 60s because games that get past the 60s I don't have enough scorers.

Our defense has let us down three games in a row. We don't shoot well enough to play catch-up.

We usually play better defense than that. That's usually the thing that keeps us in games.

We're still trying to figure out how to play without our best shooting guard. Nevada's pressure defense, they executed well. It's hard to adjust to. They do a good job of moving their feet and using their hands and it's hard to get through, but they're supposed to execute that well when you play at home. We had a couple lapses where we didn't do much right. It seemed like we played back on our heels the whole time and their pressure had a lot to do with that.

Like I told our kids, these first few weeks are like NFL preseason games. They have prepared us to play our district schedule. Next week, we'll start playing some people that are our size.
