Obviously it has to do with the puncture in the balloon in the tech world.

It's harder to find people in the summertime because people are on vacation. People go away.

With this organization, we have an opportunity to set standards.

You've got the pressures of people being pushed out of, or jumping out of, high-tech positions. Then you've got the opportunity of brick and mortar companies that are looking to integrate into the dot.com world.

With some other technologies in the high-tech world, you can actually very accurately simulate it on the computer and know what you're building before you build it. In RF, you can't do that. You're not relying on the software to do the work for you. It's really the engineer's brainpower.

We obviously need more love in the world. And we obviously need more compassion and understanding. Our leaders need to really address these issues properly now.
