Obviously it is not going to be helpful that the company has admitted wrongdoing - that's going to be publicly known. But what impact, if any, that will ultimately have with the jury, nobody really knows.

He was forthcoming, but with that said, he revealed nothing to detectives that's not publicly known. Still, although he is not a suspect, he has not yet been ruled out.
