Obviously most of Chris' money comes from Houston; that stands to reason.

Over the longer term, Chris Bell is building a new foundation of statewide growth that will raise sufficient money to win in November.

Scott can pass and shoot. He's played in systems in Utah and Houston. He's played with Stockton. He understands the game. It makes the game easy. He's made some great passes on cuts. They've got to respect his shot. He'll knock it down if you give him room.
