Obviously, weather pending, we're very hopeful this will be another great summer travel season.

Rooms go fast. Luckily, there are numerous areas within an hour's drive of the city. But hotel rooms in Detroit have been gone for a while.

We do know people are looking for those deals and discounts, looking to save dollars wherever they possibly can.

There are places throughout the state that are a little softer than they've been.

During major weather conditions such as this, we always advise motorists to take an alternate route, or don't travel if you don't have to.

We're lucky to get to travel as much as we do. We've been blessed to have great weather so far and we have even played through some cold games over at Indiana State (University) where it was around 35 degrees.
