Of how much real happiness we cheat our souls by preferring a trifle to God! We have a general intention of living religion; but we intend to begin tomorrow or next year. The present moment we prefer giving to the world.

Mindfulness is not entering into another planet. It is making you good at what you do. It is restoring your link to the source of life.

Today is the tomorrow we were were anxiously waiting for yesterday. We must embrace it with our whole selves and live it to the fullest.
