Offensively, we are playing very solid softball - getting people on, moving them over, and getting the big hits when we need them.

We did not play as well as I had hoped. But the competition was strong and we know what we have to do to get back to our early season form.

The things we've been doing well, we didn't do well today. The defense wasn't as solid and although we put a lot of people on base, we couldn't get the big hit when we needed it.

We've been hitting the ball well all season and that continued today.

Our pitchers were great today. They put the ball over the plate and we played solid defense behind them.

This was a good way to end the tournament for us. We were very aggressive at the plate. Everyone got a chance to play. We got outstanding performances from both Lauren (Hyland) and Val (Hackett).
