Once the furniture is gone, it's gone. At Walker, we can have it in by Friday and it's gone Saturday by 4 o'clock.

Because Walker is the largest furniture store in Las Vegas, most vendors try to get their foot in the door and if it means giving us floor samples, they'll do it.

If you have a 40,000-square-foot showroom and you need to get rid of five, six, 10 frames, you will call up stores like Walker and other people to see if they can take it and see if we have the room and availability. We're going to sell the samples here, and we have no problem with other retailers buying the goods and offering them.

If you're not going to offend somebody you don't need the First Amendment.

Maybe some of his decisions were a little misguided.
