Once they reach the right consistency, you have to move fast to form them. As soon as they go off the heat, you have to stay right with them.

He's probably our best defensive lineman right now as far as consistency in training camp.

That consistency now is allowing him to really flourish and do his thing. He looks a fantastic player right now.

I think our areas of deficiency right now have been consistency in both offense and defense but probably more offensively. Were all the protests really necessary? People have the right to expect better and more competent leadership than that.
