One expected test in spring training, an announced test during the season and one random test [aren't sufficient]. They need targeted testing.

We go into Spring Training and the season with catching as one of our strengths. With Rod, Gerald [Laird] and the number of guys we have coming behind them, I like the situation.

[This season] has taught me that when I go through a winter and go into spring training, I want to have a closer, to tell you the truth. We tried the system earlier in the season. That was not successful for us.
