One of the challenges for us in creating this exhibit was determining how to create the story of a movement from the stories of individuals. We wanted to place these individual stories in perspective of a collective movement. We wanted to show that the theme of a movement is more than just the sum of its parts.

Jewish feminists are passing away or clearing out their attics. A new scholarship of Jewish women is developing. We're at a turning point. A lot of people think the work is done making the world more egalitarian. But there's lots more work to do in terms of the glass ceiling, equitable policies and family leave. The challenge now is to move forward, to see how we can continue feminist change.

That's truly the way it was. All 10 of us had had a unique, incredible bond.

US-Syrian relations are extremely strained. There is virtually no diplomatic discussion between the two.

It's all about possibilities. Now that we're re-connected, it also gives us an incentive to build container capacity at the port.

All of our meals are put through field tests, which allows us to see how well the new meals fare against the current menus.
