One of the reasons we took the name Sunrise is because we're the closest marina to the ocean on the East Coast.

That's the one we really wanted because we knew it was going to be the closest. It really took the pressure off. It was just fun the rest of the time.

We'll be one of the few facilities on Florida's East Coast with the ability of handling boats to 45 feet. Typically, a 40-foot center console boat will weigh 15,000 to 16,000 pounds.
