One thing we know in health insurance is that efficiencies ultimately help us take pressure off health premiums. This system will enable us to do that.

It'll help the departments out. It is a nice statement to show how the commissioners have turned the health insurance program around,

There are people who want to buy health insurance and can't do it. They're willing to pay for it. They're willing to pay a little more (than the standard rate).

Most of us can visualize the need for life and health insurance, but we cannot see ourselves needing help with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, getting up from a chair or worse, the dreaded memory loss of Alzheimer's disease. My usual clients are the ones who have seen the need up close and personal.
