Ossie Davis was a man with great integrity, great honor and someone who I feel has done us all a great service just by being on the Earth.

I feel that the simplicity of life is just being yourself.

I feel like a fugitive from the law of averages.

I feel pride in being a Greenlander.

The honor I feel today being inducted into the Hall of Fame is beyond what words can describe. My thanks to the Hall of Fame committee, who saw fit to bestow this great honor upon me today.

If I'm going to portray one of my idols and someone I feel... so strongly about, it has to be done right, and it has to be done 120 percent.
