Our best chance of helping people is intervening early, though we don't have any drugs that will prevent Alzheimer's yet.

Through the Bible, we're trying to help people clean their lives up. In helping people get off drugs, in trying to teach them a trade, we're trying to rehabilitate not only their bodies, but their souls also.
