Our budget on an annual basis this past year is $660,000. We currently have expended $400,000 over that budget.

On an annual basis, during our cycle of budget and resource allocation, we review all expenditures. The Imperial County is part of that.

At the end of the 15th year, the county would reimburse Scripps the total expended on the premium, which is estimated at $22.8 million.

Currently the policy is to acquire them on a voluntary basis, there is also an issue of cost.

One of the reasons is, refineries are currently doing what they call their annual maintenance. And so, production is a lot less.

It hasn't expended resources there.
