Our defense has given us a chance to win a lot of games over the years, and they gave us every chance to win tonight. For some reason, our offense still doesn't want to be a force to be reckoned with. We have a lot invested in our offense, and hopefully it will become what we want it to be.

We got up ahead and that wasn't enough. So, of course, that falls on us.

That's two games in a row the defense has done their job. The defense is giving us a chance to win. We just need to get our offense going.

The more games you play, the more chance you have of playing a bad game on offense. Your defense can play good every week as long as they play hard. It's a lot easier to play defense than it is offense.

All I said was, 'as long as we get a shot, as long as we get the opportunity
to come out and display the things we can do to win games, that's all we can
ask for,'

We scored that last field goal, and me and [tackle] Jonathan Ogden were kind of saying to ourselves, we need a touchdown. Sure enough, we got up, our only lead of the game, and that wasn't enough. Of course, that falls on us. We did some good things. Whatever we can grab from this loss, we'll take it and try to get better.
