Our fans are pretty respectful. They can get a little nutty.

So many of our friends, families and fans lost their homes, not to mention their livelihoods, so we are very fortunate in that we can continue on with a portion of our lives, which is playing music, being positive and making people feel good.

I think the mood in the locker room before the game was pretty loose. We just wanted to go out there and play and have fun. We didn't panic after they tied it. We just kept our poise and those two goals gave us some momentum.

We had a couple of dropped balls but it was the first away game. The fans were going crazy and, I'm not going to lie, I was rattled a little bit. At first when we tried to stretch it out, we had a couple of drops. Every ball Drew threw, Drew was on point. It was just about catching the ball.

That's what New Orleans does. It's part of our DNA, the whole idea of going a little crazy to keep yourself sane.

Being the songwriter that I am, the easiest way to translate what you're doing for people is to give them hooks, something to latch on to, something they can sing themselves.
