Our first need was a three player and Tamara fills that for us. We love the way she can score, her competitiveness, her drive and the fact she works so hard.

The thing we loved about her is she can score anywhere on the floor. She has got great 3-point range. She is very aggressive with going right and left to the basket. She is versatile. She is high percentage from everywhere on the floor. Those are the things that kind of separated her.

I think she could have an MVP season. She is in a position where all she has to do is go out and play. She doesn't have to be the leader.
