Our goal is to introduce people to the Greek culture.

Greeks use food for everyday gatherings. Cooking is a big part of our lives. We want to show people our hospitality.

We try to represent the traditional dancers as closely as possible.

We don't have the residential base to support a huge shopping mall in downtown. What brings people downtown is something unique. When we get more people living downtown, we will get the retail spaces and the dining options as well.

We really want to be bleeding edge. It makes us more competitive.
