Our kids came out and wrestled hard. They have their goals set and came out after them. The impressive thing was the quality of the substitutions. They came out and got after it, too.

Back-to-back outright titles - it's pretty nice. It was one of our goals at the beginning of the year. Hopefully, it's just a stepping stone to bigger things.

The kids have a mission this year. I'm not quite sure what that mission is yet, but they are ready for the challenge.

That's the same kid that Ben's going to face in the first round of individual states. So he has to figure out a way to beat him.

We have a really balanced team, a nice mix of veterans and young guys. They've worked extremely hard to reach their goals. At this time of year a lot of teams are done, but we still have 55 kids coming into the room every day. We're having fun.

Berard is doing a wonderful job of building West up. He has some talented young wrestlers. They're going to be extremely good in the near future.
