Our organization and other organizations are looking at possible litigation to resolve these issues. We sincerely hope it doesn't come to that.

It is the county that has created the situation. They permitted the sea walls and allowed all this to occur in a manner that has resulted in all this controversy. The county should foot the bill.

There's no track record in regards to turtles. There's a potential to cause a taking of sea turtle habitat.

One of the most exciting projects we are initiating is a collaborative course development model which will allow many organizations to participate and benefit by working together. In addition, we are exploring mobile technologies, as well as other innovative ways to bring these resources to students. Education is changing and to be successful, we need to stay ahead of the technology.

Broad based support is needed among manufacturing customer organizations to support standards development and deployment activities. The success of this effort and future development of standards based software components is dependent upon demonstrating a strong market need and customer commitment.
