Every day we escort executives and engineers through Latin America. If you kidnap a chief executive or vice president, you've kidnapped a company. If you have that executive, then you've disrupted that company. That's our job, to prevent it from happening.

Apart from the injury we've got with Josh, I'm not really going to make any changes. We must focus on beating Italy because everything will be wasted if we don't put another big performance in. Rome is a tough place to go and Italy are always hard to play against.

Everyone wants to focus on the trailers being a done deal. Other options could emerge with the city and county. I'm not worried. We'll just keep doing our thing here.

I expect them to step up and do a nice job. I always tell them that you just focus in on your fundamentals and until you get the feel of it, you focus in on that football, run the routes the right way and you will be fine.
