Our people put in between 40 and 60 hours a month on their dogs.

You've got to really believe in what you're doing because our team is made up of civilian volunteers. No one gets pai, we do get a lot of support from State Civil Defense.

All my dogs are socialized every day and they all have names. We are inspected and the inspectors have told me that my dogs are socialized and that I run a top-shelf kennel.

Council did vote by resolution not to allow dogs at Railroad Days and it seemed to work real good,

I don't have wild dogs chasing people with scripts away from my door. I get my share. I've done okay. But I usually do independent stuff because that's mostly what I'm offered.

We want people to know, you know these dogs get very excited in the kennel, they jump and try to get your attention, but they've been here for a long time. We're sure that once people get them home they'll settle down and hopefully become nice pets for those people.
