Our position has always been to use all available legal means to gather full and truthful testimony for the grand jury as expeditiously as possible.

The American people are entitled to the facts. The grand jury is entitled to the facts. That is our job, to get the facts and we are going to do everything we can to get the facts,

I'm convinced from what I know of Vernon Bundy that his testimony was truthful.

There was nothing truthful about his testimony. And there was nothing to corroborate his story. We tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. But this case was straightforward. We felt good at the end that there was no doubt.

The biggest thing is a lot of it was dealt with in the grand jury testimony. ... So I don't know how much you can talk about from there anyway. I guess I have to sit back, wait and see, but like I said, I'm not really worried about it.

I am speculating that it is clear in leaked grand jury testimony that he acknowledged he did it.
