Our position right now is that this is not an appropriate program and population to put in a heavily populated two-square-mile village.

The population in this part of the county is growing and the demands are growing and the hospital needs to respond to those demands.

Our population has been lowered because we have seen such a mild winter. We thought we were just going to slide into summer, but I guess the weather says otherwise.
