Our preference was to resolve this amicably out of court. We don't enjoy going into federal court. It's very expensive for both parties.

It's really going to be about getting to know each other. Initially, it has to be off the court. The way that our team was so successful last year was that they played hard for each other. We want to create that dynamic where you know and care about one another off the court.

My overall impression is [the studio members] have done a great job in being practical but aesthetic. This is doable. I could live with this. I love the idea of mixed use – that's who we are.

A subdivision of a state cannot sue the state in federal court. I don't know if it's more embarrassing to come up with BS responses or to have to admit [that their suit was flawed].... They could've added NORMAL to the suit in federal court.

I also believe that the Supreme Court should be the final arbiter of all federal questions.
