Our problem has always been that when you set wage rates too high that we know some businesses won't offer experienced positions for people.

We want to make sure that every future laborer and every current laborer realize that the labor market is like any other market, that you've got to remain competitive, you've got to remain productive, you've to get better every year.

We just want to make sure that future employees realize that there is no free lunch in this world. And somehow the livable wage gives a lot of people the impression that it's not the skills that they have but just as long as they exist that some one may take care of them.

Hopefully my personality will shine through and people will not think I am just a pretty face or whatever. I think I still have a few good years in me yet.
