When he (Lloyd) came here as a freshman, he was lacking in upper body strength. As a result, he got pushed around by some of the bigger players he went up against at first. But he worked hard in the off-season, built himself up and has developed into a strong pivot player.

His body is crying out for a rest.

He pretty much knows my body, sort of like (Patriots strength and conditioning) coach (Mike) Woicik does here, and he knows what to put me through to help me prepare for the season. When I come back, I?m prepared. I?m starting to learn how to take care of my body. I know my body. I know when I need to sit down, when I?m really hurting. I?m at that point now where I really know my body and I?m listening to myself now.
