Certainly whenever the province is getting high royalties as a result of high natural gas prices on the North American market, they are obligated to share that royalty with the citizens who own it.

The industry wasn't 100 percent convinced that prices would stay high. We're just now at the point where they're starting to spend more.

The only thing that can take yields down is a total retreat in equity prices.

Prices are high, but without those price increases we would not have seen the 20 percent decrease in industrial gas demand that has occurred over the past five years. One by one, industrial gas users are either shutting down or switching to substitute fuels.

I can't say I'm 100 percent behind the system, but that's the system we have.
