Our strategy consistently has been to focus on profitable growth, not growth at any cost.

Growth is ignited anytime you put in expressways and interchanges. It's a synergistic effect.

We want to continue to aggressively focus on top-line and bottom-line growth and carry that into fiscal 2007, and that would certainly be my mandate.

Our key operational focus is just loans growth and margins and basically in that regard, DBS was able to push some relatively good figures.

We are going to focus even more attention on the high-growth markets where we can gain additional leverage from the company's overall branding efforts. We plan to fuel significant new growth in our retail mortgage operations by re-directing resources to our most productive and profitable activities.

The first focus is going to be continuing the growth of the business ... focus number two is getting the cost structure aligned with the new demand. I imagine we're going to see another round of downsizing ... I think it's going to be significant.
