Whatever happened to the (missing) money, it wasn't used in the right ways, and there were a lot of things left undone. Doing these projects, we're able to stretch our dollars. Of course, some things we just haven't been able to do quite yet.

It's more business and less art. The record labels are only releasing things that are going to make money right now.

When the price of the building is going up faster than you can raise the money, it is a little discouraging sometimes. The construction inflation has just been incredible.

There has to be a (state) regulatory construct and a money construct ... to make sure the money goes to the patients.
