Pakistan has adopted cross-border terrorism as an instrument of state policy to further its hostility toward India,

Terrorism has to be countered in a global and comprehensive manner,

Terrorism and dialogue cannot go together. Pakistan is not prepared to listen. The overwhelming sentiment in India is that no meaningful dialogue can be held until Pakistan abandons the use of terrorism,

Our neighbor claims to be in the global fight against terrorism, but it has double standards in this respect, ... It could not take Kashmir with war, so it started aiding cross-border terrorism.

The world community should understand that there is a limit to India's patience,

it will take some time.
