Parents or guardians hold the key. They delay for whatever reason, and we just want to make it convenient. We just want to make it as simple as possible. Just come out and register, and we'll deal with the other things later.

We are not trying to frighten parents from coming just because they may not have all the information we ask for. As long as they bring their proof of address that shows their child will be in the right school district, we will work with them.

I think she's genuinely happy. She's not encumbered by anyone or anything.

Early registration not only provides smooth transition into the schools but helps us to find highly qualified teachers because teachers are allocated based on enrollment.

The point of this is to heighten awareness. We're finding, again, that enrollment is low.
