Paul's a rookie coach, and I'm sure anyone doing a job for the first time is going to make mistakes. I can't say he hasn't made mistakes, but Lord knows no one's working harder.

Paul Willett's our coach. There's no truth to the rumors (of him being replaced) at all. It just might be wishful thinking on some people's part.

And my rookie contract, my first rookie contract was for $5,000.

It's like a rookie season all over again - new coach, new house, new position. There are a lot of changes right now.

Being a rookie, I'm sure he's never been in this situation. We're going to put our players on the field when they have been cleared and there is the least risk of injury. This past week we were playing for the division crown, and we had some players who were close to being able to go, and we probably could have played a few of them. But we'll always err on the side of caution. Cedric is a valuable part of what we're going to do around here for many years, and we'll never put him at risk.

Coach [Jim] Calhoun is a big-time coach, and he develops players, ... I need to work on everything to get to the next level. He's going to get the best out of me, and that's what I need.
