California has reduced teen pregnancy rates by 40 percent over the last 10 years because of the support we've received from state lawmakers and the public. Governors like Pete Wilson and Gray Davis left a lasting legacy in their support of family planning and reproductive rights. We honor them today for their outstanding leadership.
