There's no question that the idea of new people coming in with new ideas is going to be a great opportunity. They're going to challenge us to think differently.

You don't have to maul people on every snap to be a great offensive line, ... but you do have to mesh together. You do have to be smart, know who you have to get to and how to get to them. Last week I think we made strides in that area. The group that we've got in there now mesh well together, they're smart, they know what to do.

People have driven an hour to get here from Cave Creek. This is a big city. Three and a half million people live here. People are sick of strip malls, power malls and chain restaurants.
