People change because of kids. They change how they eat. They change the way they think. They change the way they see one another.

I don't think people change; electronics change, the things we have change, but the way we live doesn't change.

These kids, were well known by a lot of people. They were very influential. It's literally going to change a certain age group in Utah County. We're all going to be affected by this.

People would give their extra change. Little kids would bring pennies in.

A candidate is not going to suddenly change once they get into office. Just the opposite, in fact. Because the minute that individual takes that oath, they are under the hottest, harshest light there is. And there is no way to hide who they really are.

Fortunately, we have help from the media. I have to say this: I'm very grateful for the support and kindness that we've gotten. People have respected their privacy and in that way, I think, you know, no matter what people may feel about my husband's policies or what have you, they care about children and that's been good to see.
