People don't go to Sundance to see any one certain film. They go to Sundance knowing the work they'll see will be of high quality. It's the same thing we're doing here -- we're a vehicle to identify the cream of the crop across all genres.

Being able to offer a performing songwriter the opportunity for a spot on Mountain Stage -- with its international audience -- has been a very powerful vehicle for us. Mountain Stage has always been able celebrating the craft of the performing songwriter and that's what we're all about too.

I love the layout of the town and the way we'll be able to use the different historic buildings for the different venues.

I never should have done 'My Favorite Martian' (1963). I didn't work in TV or film for three years after. Everyone thought of me as a Martian. Do you know what it's like to go to Madrid, Spain, on vacation and have a guy yell out, 'Hey, Martin!' and put antennas behind his head? When that happens, you know your career is dead.
