People just send in complaining. That is not valid grounds for the appeal.

I think people are focusing more on the taxes, the increase in taxes, so there's a lot of discussion going on regarding the City Council and the administration regarding tax relief measures.

I thought maybe we would have more than what we're actually receiving.

When we get down to the Board of Review level, a lot of the appeals are not successful because they're filing on emotion and not looking at actual statistical information available to support their appeal.

We see it all the time. I'm just disappointed with some of our attitudes, complaining about not getting enough touches. All that I'm against, that I'm disappointed with.
