People will tell us things that they won't even tell their family members.

(Health care) is not just about biology, it's about mind, body and spirit. Lay people are really very important in our care.

What we got around us is what will attract people.

We're not there to fix everything. We're there to be companions.

What it will be like when we have the full pack of 18 of us out there, well that's a different matter. There'll be all the air disturbance, there'll be rookies who might be hesitating, there'll be drivers taking different lines dictated by their set-ups, and so on. It will be a different ball game.

Everyone will be gunning for us. But this is a good group. They came back better fundamentally and better with their overall skills.
