Pigs root looking for roots and food, disturbing the ground, changing what grows and what doesn't.

Pirates brought them here to have some fresh food. There (were) no mammals ... they brought pigs, they released them and they grew wild.

Water used to be fresh, pure and drinkable, now the water has lots of fecal matter and bacteria.

These are obviously extremely disturbing and we're looking further at them.
