Play is always voluntary. What might otherwise be play is work if it's forced.

I call for a collective adventure in generalized joy and freely interdependent exuberance. Play isn't passive.

The board has made her working conditions intolerable ... She's being forced out -- let's face it. This is not a voluntary resignation. The work is so far from over -- it's just a shame Arlene doesn't get to stay here and finish it. She's a tremendous leader, a tremendous educator and a wonderful human being.

Work is the source of nearly all the misery in the world. Almost any evil you'd care to name comes from working or from living in a world designed for work. In order to stop suffering, we have to stop working.
